We work across the full range: home extensions and remodels, bespoke new-build houses, barn conversions, heritage and listed building projects, and larger commercial and community schemes. The same care and creativity is applied to a modest domestic project as to a large commission.
What areas do you cover?
We're rooted in Cornwall, Devon and the wider South West, with studios in Bude and Okehampton. We're happy to discuss projects further afield when it's the right fit.
Do you offer an initial consultation?
Yes. We start every project with an initial conversation to understand your site, your brief and what you're trying to achieve, and to give you a clear, honest view of the process, timescales and likely costs.
Can you help us make more of a building we already have?
Often, yes. That's a lot of what we do. Thoughtful design frequently reveals opportunities in existing buildings that aren't obvious at first: better layout, better light, better circulation, better long-term value.
How do you handle planning?
We manage the full planning process on your behalf, from pre-application discussions through to submission and consent, drawing on extensive experience of a complex and increasingly demanding planning environment.
What does the full service look like?
